Liquid Frequency was conceptualized from the growing debate of viable music distribution, artist promotion and booking opportunities for electronic musicians.
We use vanguard methods of music and artist promotion, bypassing the mainstream music markets and hitting hard at the source of the hype: DJs and audiophiles. The website is a portal for those active in the creative commons movement and those introduced to the concept by our friends and family in India, Poland and the United States.
Bypassing commercial labels allows us to release and package our sound with the same aesthetics that went into its creation. The result is a futuristic collection of music at a high standard, showcased digitally with artwork.
Debuting on May 30th 2009 with Kalila, an all Indian compilation, Liquid Frequency is now host to thousands of listeners, streaming and downloading music legally and at the best possible quality.
